I’ve recently (within the past few years) started a new tradition for us … making homemade cinnamon rolls for our family on New Year’s Eve or Day. We usually do a New Year’s Eve in; Enjoying each other, a fire and homemade fun. With extra time on my hands a few New Year’s Eve’s ago, I knocked these out and haven’t looked back. I use The Pioneer Woman’s Cinnamon Roll Recipe … and you should too! It’s super easy … it just takes time to let the dough rise and sit and cook! Here are some pics of my progress:
Here’s what it looks like after I mix it all up and it rises the first time:
Here’s what they look like after you make and roll and slice and place them in the pan:
Here’s what they look like after they are pulled out and immediately iced. SUPER YUMMY!
This recipe makes a ton … so you can be a joyful giver and share with your friends.
