Until my kids came in and saw the candy basket and wanted candy and I gave them each a piece and then I chose this:
And I feel okay about it because it was awesome and I loved it. Then I ate the yogurt and now I’m full and satisfied and let’s just be honest I want more Milky Ways, but I’m okay with the one; I’m happy with that. yay!
Not all of my food choices are that great and go that well. Sometimes I don’t eat the candy bar at all and sometimes I eat 4. So with food for me it’s one day at a time, one meal at a time and one decision at a time. Let’s take it slow, folks!!!
