Peanut Butter Balls – Quick and easy food for kids {and parents!}

We love peanut butter balls.  I’ve loved them since my brother brought home the recipe from elementary school back in the 80’s!  They are a staple around here because they are super easy.  My kids help me make them all the time and love it.  I also have a daughter who won’t eat peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches or lunch meat, so they are a staple in her lunch box almost daily!  Enjoy the yummy goodness!!!

Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup non-fat dry milk
½ – ¾ cup honey (more honey = more gooey sweetness!)
2 cups peanut butter
2 cup rolled oats

Directions:

Mix all ingredients with a mixer and roll into bite-sized balls.
Roll balls in coconut, Grape-nuts, Rice Krispies, or leave plain (which is what we usually do since I use less honey and things don’t stick to them as well!)
This will make approx. 50 balls

    These are great! I rolled half of them in melted chocolate…yum!
