How many of us girls like Cinderella?  I just really think there should have been a sequel to that-of course it would have to end happily ever after again:)  One of my favorite quotes is from a Beth Moore Bible study-she is just an awesome teacher.  I keep it in one of those magnetic 4X6 frames on my fridge so I can read it often.  It reminds me that none of us live a Cinderella life, but that someday God does have one planned for us if we know Him and have trusted Him as our Savior.  Here is the quote:

“Living happily ever after wasn’t original with Cinderella.  It began with God.

What’s more, there is no such thing as fairies, but angels are a different story.

No yellow brick road, but streets of gold.

No cottages in the forest-just mansions in glory.

No crowns on our heads-just crowns at His feet.”   Beth Moore

“Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him”  II Cor. 2:9

Don’t you just love that? We may struggle through runny noses, laundry, discipline and many disappointments in our everyday lives, but we do have the assurance that Heaven is going to be so awesome that God doesn’t even reveal its beauty and grandeur to us in our fallen state.  This quote and verse inspire me to keep on keepin’ on when I am down and want to give up.  Someday…“Happily Ever After.”
